Keeping you informed about your child's life at at school is so important. In school, our management information system is called Arbor, which comes with:

• a Parent Portal, which works on Google Chrome on your computer or laptop
• a Parent App, which you can download from the Google Play or the Apple Store to your phone.

From April 2026, the Parent App or Parent Portal will be your one stop shop for:

• checking and updating your contact details
• seeing your child's attendance in real-time
• receiving in-app notifications (which will replace SMS messages)
• booking parents evenings in the autumn and spring terms
• making payments for school meals, breakfast club, Link after school club, and trips
• buying items from our school schop, including FOSH PTA events
• receiving end-of-year reports.

Please make sure:

1. You have downloaded the Arbor Parent App. See below for how to get started.
2. Cleared any arrears from your School Money account / Eduspot app. From April 2026, any arrears will be transferred to your Arbor account.

How to get started with the Arbor Parent App

1. Wait for your welcome email from us telling you Arbor is ready - you won’t be able to log in before you have this
2. Click the link in your welcome email to set up your password  
3. Go to the App or Google Play Store on your phone and search ‘Arbor’  
4. Click ‘Install’ on Android or ‘Get’ on iPhone then open the App  
5. Enter your email, select the school, then enter your password  
6. Accept the Terms & Conditions and enter your child’s birthday

Top Tips

1. Please ensure you enable push notifications when installing the Arbor Parent App.
2. Meals are a top-up type account, so payments are deducted from a balance which you must keep topped up to avoid falling into arrears
3. If you are using Tax-free Childcare Vouchers, you will still be able to sign your child up even if you do not have enough balance (because the school hasn't added the latest voucher top-up. Otherwise, you will not be able to book (paid for) breakfast club or after school club sessions if your account is not sufficiently topped-up.
4. Breakfast club can be booked up to 07.00, one hour before the session starts.
5. After school club can be booked up to 13.15, two hours before the session starts.
6. Meals can be chosen and booked up to 08.00, four hours before the daily meal sitting starts.
7. The school office is unable to book club sessions on your behalf.
